As a functional department under the leadership of the Party Committee and administrative authority of the University, Office of Human Resources is in charge of the personnel work of the University. Its main responsibilities are the following:
Firstly, it draws up the planning of teaching staff construction and is responsible for implementation.
Secondly, it is in charge of the management of manning quotas and the setup and management of institutions and posts.
Thirdly, it is in charge of personnel recruiting and deployment.
Fourthly, it is in charge of the introduction and cultivation of high-level personnel.
Fifthly, it is in charge of the management of the wage, welfare and various kinds of social insurance of the staff of the University.
Sixthly, it is in charge of the professional title appraisal and management of professionals and technicians.
Seventhly, it is in charge of the continued education, cultivation and training of teaching and administrative staff.
Eighthly, it is in charge of the assessment, attendance rewards and punishments of teaching and administrative staff.
Ninthly, it is in charge of the management of personnel files.
